This course is aimed at the
individual who wishes to accelerate his or her PPL training with full-time attendance.
This 30-day course is structured to provide
approximately 2½ hours of flying per day with ground school conducted in parallel with
the flight syllabus.
The Haverfordwest School of Flying’s
competitive charges, accommodation and free daily transport, for those who need it, may
make a fast track PPL course attractive.

INSTRUMENT METEOROLIGICAL CONDITIONS RATING This course extends the privileges of the PPL to those of an IMC rating
holder by revising the basic instrument flying techniques learned during the PPL training
and introducing more advanced instrument flying skills.
The training is conducted locally, at Cardiff and at Waterford in Ireland.

NIGHT RATING This relatively short 5 hour course includes circuit and local
flying as well as a cross country night flight normally to Cardiff and return.

RATING TRAINING Our twin-engined aircraft, which are maintained to AOC standards, will be made
available to those pilots who wish to add the multi-engine rating to their existing
privileges
The training can be conducted on either the
PA34 Piper Seneca 1 or the PA31 Piper Navajo

TELEPHONY OPERATOR’S LICENCE
All of the requirements for the Flight Radio Telephony Operator’s Licence can be
supplied by Haverfordwest School of Flying
